eStatements Convenient and Green!

View and access your statements with ease!

  • Receive automatic email notifications when your Online Statements are available--usually days before paper statements hit the mail.
  • Online Statements are saved as PDFs, which you can access, save and print as needed.

It just takes a moment to stop paper delivery and switch to online-only statements!

Here is how to get started:

1. Log on to your Online Banking account by clicking here

     Not Registered? Visit one of our banking centers to sign up!

2. Click on the eStatements tab in the top navigation bar

3. Accept the Agreement & Disclosure

4. You can complete the enrollment in a couple easy steps by supplying such information as your email address, a security phrase and an enrollment passcode.

Signing up for online-only statements automatically discontinues paper statements for most accounts--switch back to paper anytime!

Instructions to make CSB loan payments on the internet

CSB loan customers may make payments via the internet. At this time we do not have the link in place that will allow you to make payments from the CSB website.

You will need to click on: https://eps.mvpbanking.com

  • Type “3062” in the box marked ACCESS CODE
  • Fill in your Commercial Savings Bank loan account number, click on Login (leave the password field blank the first time you use this- next time fill in password that you have chosen)
  • "Setup your payment information"
  • First time users- make up your own password and type in top box. Retype the same password in the second box, click on "submit your new password"
  • Your new password will be shown on the screen. Click on "continue"
  • Fill in your name, phone number, address, and email address. Click on "submit personal information"
  • Choose your payment method- click on "Pay by Check" or "Pay by Savings"
  • Fill in the bank routing number and checking or savings account number. Click on "Submit your account information"
  • "Return to main menu"

Now the account is set up. (Future times that you want to make a payment you will only need to fill in your CSB loan account number and password.) You will just click on Make a payment and continue with the date and amount you want your payment to be made. You will have the choice of having the payment made automatically the same date(s) each month (or whatever payment frequency you choose) or you may select a single payment and each time you want to make a payment you may go to the page to make the payment.

The next step is up to you. In order to activate some of these complimentary services, you’ll need to contact an Assurant representative at (800) 859-1568. They’ll need to get some basic information from you in order to set up your account. The call should take only a few minutes and can provide you with peace of mind that will last a lot longer.

 

Enhanced Benefits

 

As great as the above complimentary services are, you may wish to upgrade for enhanced benefits. There are three optional programs available with competitive monthly fees. Depending upon the program you choose, you can get services such as emergency cash in case of a lost or stolen wallet while travelling, Keylogging defense System for web surfers, and financial reimbursement for losses incurred as a result of identity theft. Certificates of Deposit Account Registry Service (CDARS)

Through CDARS we can provide you with easy access to multi-million dollar FDIC protection on investments. So, how does CDARS (Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Services) system work? Our bank is a member of a special network that allows us to match and exchange deposits with other banks who are also members of the network. When you deposit a large dollar amount with us, we place your funds into CDs issued by other banks in the network—in increments of less than $250,000—so that both your principal and interest are eligible for completed FDIC protection. These exchanges, which occur on a dollar-for-dollar basis, bring the full amount of your original deposit back to our bank. As a result, we can make the full amount of your deposit available for community lending purposes and you can access FDIC insurance coverage from many banks while working with just us.
