
FINDLAY--Commercial Savings Bank celebrated the remodel of its Findlay Tiffin Avenue location with a customer appreciation day on Friday, June 3.
One of the highlights from the day was a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Findlay•Hancock County Alliance.
The remodel included a new teller counter that was designed for customer comfort and convenience and to give tellers more work space. A sit-down teller station for handicapped customers was also added as was a new ticket counter. Other mechanical changes in the drive thru area were also completed.

Commercial Savings Bank opened its 112 East Liberty Street branch in Arlington in May of 2009. The two-year celebration included extended hours, refreshments, the giveaway drawings and special bank product offerings for the day.

FINDLAY, OHIO –Commercial Savings Bank recently completed a remodel of teller and drive thru areas of the Findlay branch located on Tiffin Avenue. To celebrate the completion of this project, the bank will be hosting a Customer Appreciation Day on Friday, June 3, at its 1660 Tiffin Avenue location.
The customer appreciation day will feature refreshments all day long and a ribbon cutting ceremony with The Alliance Chamber of Commerce at 11:30 a.m. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The remodel included a new teller counter that was designed for customer comfort and convenience and to give the tellers more work space. A sit-down teller station for handicapped customers was also added.
CSB also installed a new ticket counter complete with calculators for customers to use when completing deposit/withdrawal tickets.
In the drive thru, new mechanics were installed to allow the deposit box to be set at different heights for customers’ convenience. The deposit box can be raised or lowered to accommodate a low sitting car or a high-sitting truck or SUV. New speakers in the drive thru were added to make communication clearer and easier.
“We made all of these changes with customer convenience in mind,” said Bob Meyerhoffer, Assistant Vice President, Banking Center Manager Tiffin Avenue branch. “We have received a lot of positive feedback from our customers. The new teller and drive-thru areas make it more convenient for everyone involved.”

ARLINGTON, OHIO--Commercial Savings Bank will be marking its two-year anniversary in Arlington with a special celebration on May 10, 2011.
The event will include extended hours from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and registrations to win a new laptop computer and Arlington High School football tickets. Refreshments will be served throughout the day and CSB will be offering checking and loan specials for new accounts opened in Arlington during the one-day event.

CAREY--With more than 1,250 entries, Jo Lynn Nye of Carey was the lucky winner of Commercial Savings Bank's reent HP Pavilion Laptop Giveaway contest. Robert Beach, CSB President, and Tricia DeAmicis, Carey Banking Center manager, awarded Jo Lynn her new computer in early January.
The online contest was open for entries from November to December 24, 2010. The contest promoted CSB's redesigned website, which provides customers an easy to use storefront to acess the bank's products and services.
