CSB Remodels Tiffin Avenue Branch in Findlay

FINDLAY, OHIO –Commercial Savings Bank recently completed a remodel of teller and drive thru areas of the Findlay branch located on Tiffin Avenue.  To celebrate the completion of this project, the bank will be hosting a Customer Appreciation Day on Friday, June 3, at its 1660 Tiffin Avenue location.

The customer appreciation day will feature refreshments all day long and a ribbon cutting ceremony with The Alliance Chamber of Commerce at 11:30 a.m. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The remodel included a new teller counter that was designed for customer comfort and convenience and to give the tellers more work space.   A sit-down teller station for handicapped customers was also added.

CSB also installed a new ticket counter complete with calculators for customers to use when completing deposit/withdrawal tickets.

In the drive thru, new mechanics were installed to allow the deposit box to be set at different heights for customers’ convenience.  The deposit box can be raised or lowered to accommodate a low sitting car or a high-sitting truck or SUV.  New speakers in the drive thru were added to make communication clearer and easier.

“We made all of these changes with customer convenience in mind,” said Bob Meyerhoffer, Assistant Vice President, Banking Center Manager Tiffin Avenue branch.  “We have received a lot of positive feedback from our customers. The new teller and drive-thru areas make it more convenient for everyone involved.”
