IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING THE FDIC’S TRANSACTION ACCOUNT GUARANTEE PROGRAM

The Commercial Savings Bank has elected to participate in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee (TAG) Program. Under that program, through December 31, 2010, all non-interest bearing transaction accounts, such as CSB's Business Checking product, are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the TAG Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules.

NOW accounts meeting certain interest rate limits are considered non-interest bearing accounts under the TAG program. However, CSB's Super NOW account product is not covered under the TAG program as the interest rate offered on these accounts may at times exceed the rate permitted for qualifying NOW accounts under that program. While funds in your CSB Super NOW are not eligible for unlimited coverage under the TAG program, your Super NOW will continue to qualify for coverage under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
