Privacy Statement

 We are pleased to provide you with this notice relating to our privacy practices.  At Commercial Savings Bank, we realize that the foundation of our relationship with you is based on trust.  As a result, we have established policies and practices that respect the privacy of our customers.  This notice is provided to help you understand how we protect your information and how that information may be collected and disclosed.  No response from you is required.

We reserve the right to revise our privacy policies and this notice as necessary.  If and when amendments are made, we will send you a new privacy statement.  To keep you up-to-date on our privacy practices, we will send you a copy of our privacy statement at least annually, whether or not changes have been made in the interim.

Information We Collect

In the ordinary course of business, we collect, retain, and use information about you to serve your financial needs, to administer your account(s) with us, and to keep you informed of products and services that may be of interest to you. This information includes certain “non-public personal information”, such as type of accounts, payment history, income, and balances.  Non-public personal information generally does not include publicly available information such as information found in government records, telephone books, and newspapers.  We may collect non-public information about you from the following sources:

• Information we receive from you on applications or other forms such as your name, address, social security number, assets, and income;

• Information about your transactions with us, our Affiliates (those companies related to us through ownership or control), nonaffiliated third parties and others such as account balances, payment history, parties to transactions, and credit card usage; and

• Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies such as your creditworthiness and credit history, and from other third parties such as appraisers and title companies.

Information We Disclose

We restrict the types of information about you that we disclose and the types of entities to whom we disclose it. The primary reason we disclose information about you is to provide you with more convenience in transactions with us and to give you more choices about financial services and products.

We may disclose any of the information we collect, as described above, as permitted or required by law. Some examples of when we may disclose information to others include:

• Disclosure necessary to effect, administer, or enforce a transaction you request or authorize.
• Disclosure made with your consent or at your direction.
• Disclosure to law enforcement, regulatory agencies, or others to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud.
• Disclosure otherwise permitted or required by law or regulation such as responding to court orders and subpoenas.

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform joint marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. The companies with which we have joint marketing agreements include a company offering insurance and other financial products to certain deposit account customers, a company offering identity theft recovery services, and a securities broker-dealer. We require our service providers and those with whom we have joint marketing agreements to enter into agreements that prohibit them from disclosing or using your information other than to carry out the purposes for which we disclosed the information.

We may also disclose information to our Affiliates for the purpose of offering you products or services. Our Affiliates include financial service providers such as an insurance agency, title company, and financial holding company. We may disclose any of the information we collect, as described above, other than information received from consumer reporting agencies, for the purposes described in this paragraph.

Security of Your Information

We restrict access to information about you to those persons who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.  Employees are required to comply with our established policies relating to the privacy of your information.

Former Customers

Our protection of your information extends beyond the period of your customer relationship with us. If you end your customer relationship with us or we end our customer relationship with you, we will not disclose your information to third parties other than as permitted or required by law.
