At Commercial Savings Bank we realize sometimes as a business owner you need immediate access to cash.

We offer an operating line of credit to qualified businesses. When you establish a line of credit at CSB, you have immediate access to money up to a specified sum. Offering competitive interest rates, you pay interest on only the money you use. As you pay back the money you’ve used, you reduce the amount on which you’re paying interest and increase the amount once again available to you.

CSB also offers competitive rates on business loans. Loan products in our business loan line include:

  • Equipment loans
  • Owner and non-owner occupied real estate loans
  • Agricultural loans with flexible payments. We have an agricultural loan officer and also participate in the state’s Ohio Agricultural Link Deposit Program.

Doug has been in banking for 21 years, more than 7 with CSB.  Doug specializes in agricultural loans for the bank's entire market area and is a commercial lender for Wyandot County. Doug has degrees in Business Administration and Marketing and a minor in Finance from The University of Findlay.

 

 

Matt has been in banking for 11 years and has 8 years of commercial lending experience.  Matt currently covers the Findlay, Carey and Arlington markets.  Matt has a BSBA from Bowling Green State University with majors in Marketing and International Business.

Cliff has more than 30 years of commercial and residential lending and management experience. Cliff covers the Franklin county area and all of its surrrounding counties as a commercial lender. Cliff attended Bliss Business College with a degree in Business and Communications.

Bill has been in banking for 37 years, with over 20 years in commercial lending. Bill covers the Marion market and has been a commercial lender in the Marion area for 12 years. Bill earned his BSBA in finance from Moorehead State University, Kentucky and holds a MBA in finance from Wright State University.
