Courtney Ruth Named Barks Road Branch Manager

MARION— Courtney Ruth has been named Banking Center Manager at Commercial Savings Bank’s Barks Road location in Marion.

courtneyruthCourtney has been with CSB as Assistant Banking Center Manager for one year and involved in the banking industry for 13 years. She attended River Valley High School and Marion Technical College, where she studied accounting prior to starting her career in the financial industry. She first began in the banking industry as a part-time teller, working through the ranks to a personal banker with her investment license.

Courtney has several goals as the new banking center manager.

“One of my goals is to educate people about how passionate community banks are about their customers,” she said. “At CSB we are here to help you with any financial need that you may have. Customer service is what we do best! We are always there to listen and help you find the financial solution that best fits your needs.

“I love working with customers and the community,” Courtney said. “Being a part of the community—not only through my work at the bank—but by being a part of organizations and volunteer efforts is very important to me.”

Courtney resides in Galion with her husband, Adam. She has two sons, Colton and Noah.

Jil Hoepf is a customer service representative at the Carey branch. She has been employed by CSB for 19 years.

“I love knowing customers and seeing them often. We have a great team here in Carey — we get the job done!”

Jil is active with Carey Fest, Athletic Boosters and many other community activities. She enjoys spending time with her grown children and family.

Brittany has been a customer service representative with the Jamesway (Marion) branch of CSB for three years.

“I have really enjoyed working at a community bank because of the smaller size. I believe it offers better customer service and gives more personal attention. We have a great team at our branch. I really enjoy working with them.”

Community Banking Month — Meet Amber Moyers

“I enjoy working in a community bank because I enjoy getting to know each customer on a more personal level. I also enjoy it because I am able to meet several people who are part of the community that my family lives in.”

Amber has been a customer service representative at the Carey branch since August 2012. She keeps busy attending her children’s events and is active in the community.

“I think CSB is a great place to work because it cares about each of its employees. Also, each of my coworkers are great and make coming to work enjoyable. I feel very blessed.”

Laura Thomas“When I think of community I think of small personal service. We know our customers and how to serve them. We also know about things that are happening in the community and how we can help. I’m a consumer, I buy local when I can. I volunteer at our school and my church.”

“We rule because of the relationship we have with our customers. Usually we are on top of what is happening and jump in and make it happen.”

Laura has been with the Carey branch of CSB for 4 years as a customer service representative.

Community Banking Month — Meet Darci Burlew

Active in her church and on Mission trips, Darci has been with CSB for nearly 12 years and is Assistant Head Teller at our Upper Sandusky headquarters.

“Building lifelong relationships with customers is the best part about working for a community bank. We know most of our customers on a first name basis, and we are able to talk with them about what is happening in town or how their business is doing. Our community is a great place to work and live!”

Sue is teller supervisor at our Barks Road branch in Marion. She is actively involved with Junior Achievement, church programs and community events.

“I have worked at CSB for 10 years. In that time, I feel I have built great relationships with my customers and they feel very comfortable coming to me with their banking needs. I like a community bank because we can take the time to really get to know our customers and know what they need. Commercial Savings Bank is always willing to let us get involved in community events and that’s what it is all about, giving back to to the Marion community.”

CSB_StacieStacie has been a part of the Carey CSB customer service team for more than 13 years.

“I love working with our customers and helping them get exactly what they need. It is really nice that when they walk in our door, we know most of them by name. “

When not attending her children’s events, Stacie can be found shopping locally and helping out at local events like Carey Fest.

Heather is a Customer Service Manager in our Findlay market.
