New Drive Thru Opens Jan. 27

UPPER SANDUSKY—Commercial Savings Bank will officially open a drive-thru at its Headquarters at 118 South Sandusky Avenue on January 27.

The North Sandusky Avenue drive-thru branch will close at the end of banking hours on Saturday, January 25. Those employees will be relocated to the main branch.

The drive thru will feature two full service lanes and an ATM lane. The drive thru lanes will feature a video component that allows the teller to see and talk with customers via video.

“It’s an exciting time at our headquarters in Upper Sandusky,” said VP/Branch Manager Sarah Johnson. “This new state-of-the-art drive thru will allow us to be a full service location, with top notch technology. We promise to make the transition a smooth one and offer customers assistance with the use of the new drive-thru equipment if they need it.

“Even though we added the drive thru, we still have ample parking at this location and will continue to offer our customers the “Simply Better” customer service they have come to expect,” Johnson said.

The first 500 customers in the new drive thru will receive a coupon for a free coffee at Upper Sandusky’s Beca House.
